Valfabbrica is an ancient medieval town located along one of the famous St. Francis Ways. In particular, this leg of the journey retraces the journey undertaken by St Francis for the first time during the winter between 1206 and 1207 when he left his house in Assisi getting rid of all his property heading towards Gubbio. Colle dei Massi – is an old stone country house located on a panoramic viewpoint, distinctively decorated and completely restored in a cosy style with stone features and beamed ceilings – was the family summer villa for years.

A spacious living room with beamed ceilings, a corner fire place and TV, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave oven) at guests’ disposal to prepare and taste the delicious Umbrian food, leads to a beautiful patio with bbq which benefits from an exquisite and breathtaking spot overlooking the town of Valfabbrica, a pleasant dining room with a typical stone wall and double access, a comfortable hallway where there is an elegant bathroom and the staircase leading to the first floor.
First Floor
Access to the first floor also through an outdoor stone staircase where a pretty covered loggia offers a magnificent view of the surroundings - hallway with corner fireplace, leads to the three en-suite double rooms with beamed ceilings and a comfortable walk-in wardrobe.Second Floor
