Fares and availability – terms and conditions
Minimum stay: 2 nights
A confirmation of the reservation is required a week before arrival at the house; in case of no confirmation, the reservation cannot be guaranteed.
The reservation is confirmed with the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the rental price; the balance is to be paid by bank transfer 15 days before the start of the lease.
In case of damage, Colle dei Massi kindly requests guests to inform the owners and not to replace any broken object.
The maximum number of occupants is 8 people.
Pets are allowed.
At the end of the stay, guests are kindly requested to leave the house clean and tidy and the fridge empty.
Stay
Check-in: from 4.00 pm to 08.00 pm
Check-out: from 10.00 am to 11.00 am
Only bookings for a minimum of a week’s duration will be confirmed and therefore people not belonging to the same group or family will be unable to either book or stay at the villa.
Guests will have exclusive use of the villa in its entirely, whether indoors or outdoors, with the exception of any locked areas.
